Terms of Service

Opilyt is a SaaS platform that helps local service businesses manage customer acquisition and field operations, including scheduling, assignments, checklists, work evidence, issues, and job communication.

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding contract, and using Opilyt for a legitimate business purpose.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Plans are billed monthly (or as stated at checkout) via Stripe.
• Any trial, onboarding period, price, and renewal terms will be shown and confirmed before billing is activated.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing — we don't provide refunds for partial billing periods.
• Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate, then deleted.

If you send text messages through Opilyt, message frequency varies and recipients may receive up to a few messages per conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Every message sent through Opilyt must honor a STOP request instantly and offer HELP. Opilyt does not sell or share recipient phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

You agree not to use Opilyt to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, CASL, or similar laws
• Harass, threaten, or defraud anyone
• Scrape or extract data from Opilyt itself
• Reverse-engineer, hack, or resell the platform
• Impersonate another person or business

You are responsible for ensuring that employees, contractors, customers, property occupants, and other affected people receive any notice or provide any consent required before you collect or upload photos, video, access instructions, location details, or other job evidence. Do not upload sensitive personal information that is unnecessary to perform or document the service.

Job statuses, checklists, messages, and evidence help coordinate work but do not replace your own supervision, safety procedures, employment obligations, customer agreements, or recordkeeping duties.

Opilyt owns the platform, code, and features. You own the prospect data you collect and the content you create. Neither of us grants the other rights beyond what's needed to run the Service.

Opilyt uses AI to score leads and draft emails and messages. Drafts are a starting point, not a guarantee — you're responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it sends.

Opilyt is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee deliverability, reply rates, or business outcomes. To the extent allowed by law, Opilyt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify Opilyt against claims arising from your prospect data or your outreach campaigns.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or abuse of the platform. You can stop using Opilyt and cancel anytime.

Opilyt integrates with Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Google, Anthropic, Nexus Intelligence, and Vercel. We aren't responsible for outages or issues caused by these providers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
